Fur seal

3D model of a fur seal

3D fur seals are known and named for their thick 3D fur, which has 300,000 hairs per square inch. 3D Europeans first named the 3D fur seals "sea bears" which is similar to their scientific name Callorhinus ursinus, meaning "bear-like." 3D fur seal pups are born with a black pelt, which becomes dark brown with lighter coloration on the chest and belly. Adult 3D fur seal males also have gray hair on the backs of their necks. By the way, 3D fur seal males are much larger than females, even at birth.
